If you're into the beauty of a curly closure, our product offers unbleached knots and natural lace for an authentic look. The hair's got a medium to high luster and can stick around for 3 to 5 years, given you treat it kindly.

For a seamless match, we suggest teaming it up with our Indian Curly bundles.

While our Indian Curly hair can be straightened, excessive heat can damage and alter the curl pattern over time. We recommend using heat-protectant products and alternating with heatless tools to extend the lifespan of the curl pattern.

Shipping Information

Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.  During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders-GoFlawless Hair is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. GoFlawless Hair is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores.

Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website.  As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

GoFlawless Hair reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

GoFlawlass Hair offers a 48-hour return policy. Once your order is received. You have 48 hours to mail items back for a refund or exchange. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to do we merchant fees. 

To be eligible for any returns, your item must be unused and in the account that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Curly hair cannot be combed or fingered through. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved your refund will be processed.

Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?
ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED. Please be aware that for security reasons, we do not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.
