SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY 

Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.  During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders-GoFlawless Hair is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. GoFlawless Hair is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores.

Digital Products

There is no refund on digital downloads.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website.  As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

GoFlawless Hair reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

 *Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

GoFlawleas Hair offers a 4-hour return policy. Once your order is received. You have 48 hours to mail items back for a refund or exchange. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to do we merchant fees. 

To be eligible for any returns, your item must be unused and in the account that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Curly hair cannot be combed or fingered through. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

For items greater than $75, please consider using a trackable shopping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
