All Custom wigs, Pre-order Remakes, and natural color units have a 3-5 week processing time from the date purchased; once wig(s) are completed, tracking info will be sent in 1-2 business days.

All 'Ready to Ship' orders tracking info will be sent out within three business days. Once it's sent, we are not responsible for receiving it by the mail carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once we hand them to the mail carrier. Please refer to the tracking info sent for all shipment updates.
